Tejovathi Consulting began the project by administering HR Diagnostics to identify the underlying causes of the high attrition rate and negative eNPS. Based on the findings, Tejovathi Consulting developed a comprehensive strategy to address each issue. The strategy included initiatives such as leadership training, employee engagement activities, personalized training and development plans for employees, and improved communication channels.
Over a period of 8 months, Tejovathi Consulting implemented the strategies and closely monitored the progress. The attrition rate was brought down by a remarkable 63%, and the eNPS improved by 25%. The positive changes in the work culture were apparent, and employees felt more engaged and motivated.
Furthermore, the positive impact of the strategic HR project was sustainable, and the attrition rate continued to decrease in the following months. The company also witnessed an increase in employee productivity and overall performance.
