Our journey so far

  • Tejovathi Consulting starts as a proprietorship company called mpower Comsulting.

  • Principal Consultant Dr. (h.c.) Chetana Sridhar conducts various successful workshops on behavioral and competency based training for freshmen through senior managers and leaders for various organizations like Toyota, Volvo, NIT Trichy, Life Technologies Corporation, Geojit BNP Paribas, TTK Healthcare, , ITC Infotech, Nitesh Estates, Bajaj Finance, 3DPLM, TATA Teleservices, Tacle, Meridian School, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Maratha Mandal, RV College of Engineering, JSS college of Engineering, etc through vendor partnerships.

  • Dr. (h.c.) Sridhar Raamalingam joins mpower Consulting.

  • Dr. (h.c.) Chetana Sridhar and Dr. (h.c.) Sridhar Raamalingam conduct various learning and development interventions through vendor partnerships in organizations like HP, Cap Gemini, Suzlon, etc.

  • Dr. (h.c.) Sridhar Raamalingam and Dr. (h.c) Chetana Sridhar undergo training in 9 different Psychometric tools.

  • Dr. (h.c.) Sridhar Raamalingam and Dr. (h.c) Chetana Sridhar gain international experience.

  • mpower Consulting is renamed as Tejovathi Consulting and is registered as a LLP

  • Completed Compensation and Benefits redesign project.

  • Completed an RPO project for an UK Client and a Recruitment Project for an Oman based IT organization.

  • Completed a Strategic & Tactical HR Consulting Project for a Travel Technology company. Won the “Best Consulting Firms to Work With” award by The CEO Story.
