TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TEJOVATHI CONSULTING

Welcome to Tejovathi Consulting, a Human Resource Consulting firm. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services: Tejovathi Consulting offers a variety of human resource consulting services, including but not limited to recruitment, employee training, and compliance advisory. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the specific service agreement signed between the client and Tejovathi Consulting.

2. Fees: Our fees for services are outlined in the service agreement signed between the client and Tejovathi Consulting. Unless otherwise specified, fees are invoiced on a monthly basis, and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Tejovathi Consulting reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

3. Confidentiality: Tejovathi Consulting acknowledges that we may be privy to confidential information during the course of our work with clients. We agree to keep all such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party unless required by law.

4. Intellectual Property: Tejovathi Consulting retains all intellectual property rights in any materials developed or created as part of our services, including but not limited to training materials and recruitment tools.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tejovathi Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. If the client terminates the agreement before the end of the agreed-upon service period, they will be responsible for paying any fees owed for services rendered up until the termination date.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tejovathi Consulting is based.

8. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Tejovathi Consulting and the client and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the provision of our services.
