During the training, the educationists were initially resistant to the use of psychometric tools and the concept of catering to different learning styles. However, as the training progressed, they became more engaged and actively participated in the workshops. The educationists found the workshop to be extremely helpful in their profession, and many even expressed their gratitude for the training.

02. Solutions

The project began with a session on the basics of psychometric tools and how they could be used to understand student behavior and learning styles. Tejovathi Consulting’s associate then introduced the educationists to different learning styles, such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. The educationists were taught how to identify the learning styles of their students and plan their lessons accordingly.

03. Results

As a result of the training, the educationists were able to implement the new techniques they had learned in their classrooms. They were better equipped to engage their students and cater to their individual learning styles, resulting in better learning outcomes for the students. The school administration also observed a significant improvement in the performance of the students.

Overall, the project was a great success, and Tejovathi Consulting was able to deliver a comprehensive training program that was well-received by the educationists. The company’s use of psychometric tools was particularly effective in helping the educationists understand how to plan and deliver lessons in a heterogeneous class. The project has helped to improve the quality of education in the school, and the success of the project has led to further opportunities for Tejovathi Consulting in the education sector.
