Sridhar Raamalingam, Founder & CEO

Sridhar Raamalingam started his career with Brilliants Computer Center, back in 1989, teaching DOS, UNIX, Wordstar, Lotus, dBase, Clipper, C, C++, etc.  He started as a Lab Assistant and steadily grew to become Deputy Manager Course and Staff Development.  During his tenure in Brilliants Computer Center, he was awarded “The Best Employee” award in the nation and “The Best Employee” award in the region. He then moved to BITECH as the Manager of Course and Staff Development where he set-up the curriculum design team.  As the entrepreneurial bug bit him, he moved to Bangalore, to start a finishing school which did not succeed as anticipated.  He then teamed up with a known acquittance to run a System Integration and Software development firm. Subsequently, he started a consulting and training organization in Bangalore called mpower Consulting training freshmen, executives and middle leaders in Suzlon, HP, Cognizant, Cap Gemini, etc. Subsequently, he joined Mystifly Consulting (India) Pvt. Ltd. a travel technology company as the Vice President of HR and Corporate Strategy, setting up their HR Team, processes, and procedures.

He then moved to Dubai as the Director of Sales, Support and Operations in POSTECH, Dubai, where he was instrumental in re-establishing relationships with Fujitsu, apart from adding clients like Tea Club, etc.  He was instrumental in regularizing the pricing and offering solutions and moving the company from a product-based trader to a solution provider.  In July 2015, he authored a book on esoteric Yoga called “The Awakening” under the pen name Sameer Ram, which is available from Amazon and Pothi for purchase.  He then moved to the educational field, where he joined a school in the GEMS Education network as the HR in-charge.  In the three years that he spent there, he was solid support and advisor on HR issues to the Senior Leadership Team.

After his varied and wide experience in technology and HR, he has chosen to serve the society by being the founder of Tejovathi Consulting LLP.

He is an avid reader, and interested in understanding the purpose of life, people and the world around him.

Chetana Sridhar, Co-founder & COO

Chetana Sridhar, a science graduate, started her career as an HR Assistant in Infosys, Bangalore. She then worked with Matrix AD, a recruitment firm as a consultant, before joining Phoenix Global.  In Phoenix Global, she was recognized as the “Best Employee” for her outstanding performance.  She then joined Athiya Organizational Competencies in Bangalore as a Subject Matter Expert and moved to become the Section Head – L & D.  She achieved the highest feedback rating of 4.75 on a scale of 5 across all branches of HP India. As Head – L & D of mpower Consulting, she has trained freshmen, executives, middle and senior level managers in various multi-national companies like Toyota, Volvo, NIT Trichy, Life Technologies Corporation, Geojit BNP Paribas, TTK Healthcare, ITC Infotech, Nitesh Estates, Bajaj Finance, 3DPLM, TATA Teleservices, Tacle, Meridian School, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Maratha Mandal, RV College of Engineering, JSS college of Engineering, etc. She has conducted company-wide workshops on behavioral and competency-based training such as Time Management, Negotiation skills for freshmen as well as team leads and managers for ABB and MICO BOSCH and also for Emmay HR, a leading recruitment firm through Astrum Sercon, based out of Mumbai, teachers of Delhi Public School, Bangalore through Amelia Medicorp, Infosys BPO through Mindspeed. Conducted Business Communication Skills workshops for UBS, Deutche Bank, and Honeywell. She also Designed and Delivered company-wide workshops on Presentation Skills, Effective Email Writing, Communication Skills, and Assertive skills for laterals and middle-level managers for TESCO, Wipro, Symphony Services, through Paradigm Shift, Chennai.

She then joined Athiya Organizational Competencies in Bangalore as Head of Learning and Development. She increased the number of training days from nil to 135 man-days over a period of 8 months. She then shifted her base to Dubai, joining Solomon Management Consultants, adding clients like Emirates NBD, Emke Group, Gulf Petrochemical and Chemical Association and Qurrum Business Group adding a revenue of AED 380,000 over a period of 6 months. She represented Solomon Management Consultants at BNI Insomniacs – the largest and prestigious Business networking forum in the UAE.  She then joined the Al Hamra Golf and Marine Club as the HR Manager.  She updated over 200+ job descriptions and developed and gained senior management approval for introduction of an Employee Competency Model throughout the organization. She successfully handled data migration from SAP to Success Factors.

She then joined Sridhar Raamalingam in co-founding Tejovathi Consulting.

She is a treasure trove of knowledge, skills, and experience in facilitation, curriculum-design and development of effective learning interventions.
